Lead Impactful Marketing at IMB Bank

Are you a results-driven Marketing Communications professional who thrives on turning data into action and ideas into impact? This is a fast-paced, collaborative team where you’ll take ownership of key elements of our marketing program across retail and business banking. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping, delivering and optimising campaigns that truly connect with our customers.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll partner with internal teams and external agencies to:

  • Bring integrated marketing campaigns to life from planning through to execution and performance analysis
  • Own and deliver marketing communications for key customer initiatives and strategic projects
  • Drive digital and social media activity to engage targeted customer segments
  • Use data and insights to measure effectiveness, optimise performance, and continuously improve outcomes

What You’ll Bring

You’re a tech-savvy marketing professional who blends creativity with critical thinking. You’re driven, curious and always across the latest in traditional, direct and digital marketing trends.

You’ll also bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or similar
  • 8+ years of brand and/or marketing generalist experience, with financial services experience preferable
  • Proven ability to support delivery of business strategy while remaining agile to respond to a dynamic environment
  • Proven success in managing multiple integrated campaigns from concept to execution through above-the-line, below-the-line and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques (search, display, social, mobile, video)
  • Experience in managing marketing agency partners and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability in managing resources and budgets to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proven people management and leadership experience and ability to support and drive a performance culture
  • Strong ability to review creative executions including copy and messaging assessment
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
