Role Summary

We are looking for a International Sales and Business Development Specialist to support our international growth strategy. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with transport authorities and strategic partners, supporting tendering processes and contributing to market expansion across Middle East & Africa regions.

Job Description

  • Identify, analyze and develop new business opportunities in international public transportation markets,
  • Support end-to-end tender and proposal processes including pre-qualification, bid documentation and coordination with technical teams,
  • Maintain and develop relationships with public transport authorities, operators, consultants and strategic partners,
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making,
  • Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and financial teams to ensure aligned commercial proposals,
  • Represent Kentkart in international meetings, workshops, exhibitions and industry events,
  • Support contract negotiation processes and post-award commercial follow-up activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Relations or a related field,
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in international business development or global sales roles (Prior experience in the IT field is strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of public procurement and international tender processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required,
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in İzmir.
