1. About Our Client:

The organization operates in the post-acute care sector, addressing inefficiencies in the medical equipment and supplies ordering process. Traditional paper and fax-based systems negatively affect over 30 million patients annually. This program provides a digital ordering platform that significantly accelerates the process, making it ten times faster. It connects a broad network of Home Medical Equipment providers, clinicians, and payors across all 50 states to ensure patients receive essential medical products quickly and efficiently.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Marketing Associate role offers hands-on experience across the full marketing function, including product marketing, campaigns, content creation, enablement, and go-to-market execution. The position involves close collaboration with product marketing and other marketing teams such as demand generation, customer marketing, and brand. This role is key to translating complex product information into clear messaging and supporting multiple marketing initiatives that drive product awareness and adoption. It is ideal for candidates seeking to build a comprehensive marketing skill set in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

3. Responsibilities:

  • Translate product capabilities and releases into clear, outcome-focused narratives for diverse audiences
  • Create user-facing content such as how-to guides, one-pagers, release notes, and quick-reference materials
  • Develop and maintain a library of educational resources including videos, demos, and written guides
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and product adoption
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature releases, coordinating timelines and deliverables
  • Produce sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers
  • Assist in campaign execution across channels including email, in-app messaging, and content marketing
  • Monitor user feedback to identify content gaps and adjust messaging priorities

4. Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, customer success, demand generation, or a related B2B technology role
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear narratives
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, review metrics, and draw insights for campaign creation and assessment
  • Intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning product value across customer segments
  • Effective project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently with initiative
  • Collaborative mindset with a history of effective cross-functional teamwork
  • Interest in technology and aptitude for quickly learning new platforms and marketing tools
  • Preferred but not required: experience in a high-growth startup or healthtech environment
  • Preferred but not required: familiarity with the Home Medical Equipment/ Durable Medical Equipment or healthcare ordering space
  • Plus: hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Gamma), marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot), or AI-powered tools (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and level
