We’re looking for a serious Social Media Manager who knows how to drive attention, growth, and revenue.

Not someone who “posts content.”

We want someone who can create, test, scale, and repeat viral content across platforms.

This role is for someone who understands how attention works, how algorithms move, and how to turn content into measurable business results.

What We’re Looking For

You should have a proven track record of growing brands, accounts, creators, or businesses through social media.

We want someone who can show real results, such as:

  • Viral campaigns or posts
  • Significant follower growth
  • Strong engagement rates
  • Revenue or lead generation from social media
  • High-performing short-form video strategies
  • Successful brand-building across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X, or other major platforms

We do not care about fancy theory.

We care about execution, speed, creativity, testing, and results.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing our social media strategy
  • Creating content ideas designed to perform, not just “look good”
  • Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns
  • Writing hooks, captions, scripts, and content angles
  • Managing posting schedules across platforms
  • Tracking performance and doubling down on what works
  • Identifying trends early and adapting them to our brand
  • Working with our team to turn ideas into high-performing content
  • Growing our audience, engagement, reach, and conversions

Compensation

We are willing to pay well for the right person.

This is a competitive salary role, and we are open to paying above market for someone who can genuinely deliver results.

Performance bonuses or growth-based incentives can also be discussed for the right candidate.
