As Meetzy continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Growth Assistant Intern to work directly with the founder and contribute to the company's growth.
The Role
This is not a traditional internship.
You will work directly alongside the founder and be involved in real marketing, sales, content creation, business development, and operational activities.
We are looking for someone proactive, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and eager to learn how a fast-growing AI startup operates from the inside.
This position is fully remote and offers hands-on experience with modern AI tools, digital marketing, sales systems, and startup operations.
Responsibilities
Founder Support
- Assist the founder with daily operational tasks
- Help organize projects, priorities, and ongoing initiatives
- Prepare reports, summaries, research, and business documents
- Track tasks and ensure smooth execution across multiple projects
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Manage and grow the founder's LinkedIn presence
- Respond to messages and interactions across social media channels
- Assist with content planning and content calendars
- Use AI tools to generate, improve, and optimize content
- Create basic visuals and marketing assets using modern design tools
Sales & Business Development
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn and other channels
- Book meetings and sales calls
- Support lead generation activities
- Maintain prospect databases and CRM records
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Follow up with prospects and assist with outreach campaigns
Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
- Research industry trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Help create presentations, marketing materials, and reports
- Support product launches and promotional activities
Who We're Looking For
- Strong interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, startups, or technology
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with prospects and business contacts
- Good understanding of social media platforms and personal branding
- Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, CRM tools, or marketing software is a plus
- Ability to create simple but professional content and visuals
