Position Summary
The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is responsible for identifying, validating, and developing new business opportunities, products, and ventures. The role combines entrepreneurial thinking, strategic analysis, market research, and hands-on execution to launch and scale innovative initiatives. The EIR works closely with leadership, investors, product teams, and external partners to transform ideas into viable businesses.
Key Responsibilitie

- .Validate product and venture concepts through experimentation and customer feedback

- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, marketing, and operations
- .Prepare presentations, investment materials, and strategic recommendations for leadership
- .Monitor venture performance and define key metrics for success
- .Support fundraising, partnership development, and ecosystem engagement activities where applicable
