Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Lettings / Property Manager role based in Royal Leamington Spa. The role involves supporting the team and the property maintenance team . Day-to-day responsibilities include handling telephone and email enquiries, maintaining records and tenancy documentation, and supporting property inspections The Trainee will also assist with managing maintenance requests, communicating with contractors, and ensuring a high standard of customer service to both landlords and tenants while learning all aspects of lettings and property management.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Organizational, time-management, and administrative abilities, including accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using IT systems and property software, with proficiency in basic office applications (email, spreadsheets, and word processing).
  • Motivation to learn lettings and property management processes, including legal and regulatory requirements in the UK rental market.
  • Ability to work on-site in Royal Leamington Spa, collaborate effectively with a team, and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly beneficial for attending appointments and property visits.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing, sales, or property-related roles is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
