To continue our growth and development, we are looking for a OPERATIONS MANAGER who will help us achieve our targets while supporting the overall development of the company.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zagreb, Croatia, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in processes. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The role requires the ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration and continuously improve operational performance.
Qualifications
- Take responsibility for the performance of all employees and the company as a whole
- Maximize existing business contracts with principals/partners
- Ensure company-wide operational and work standards
- Develop existing and future business models within the contracted market.
- Operational expertise, including process optimization, workflow management, and budget management
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills for handling challenges and improving efficiency
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting operational strategies
- Experience in the travel or mobility services industry is advantageous
Who are we looking for
- A highly proactive individual with experience in managing business operations and processes
- Experience in managing teams and vehicle fleets is preferred
- Someone who wants to actively contribute and influence market conditions through their knowledge and energy
- Experience in working with Uber, Bolt, Wolt or Glovo is required
