Growth Marketer

Aggie Lal is building a movement at the intersection of biohacking, wellness, and community. As an influencer-led brand, our world spans the Biohacking Bestie supplement line and the Bestie app; products that all coexist as one connected ecosystem. We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who lives in the numbers: someone who can turn paid, email, SMS, and on-site into a profitable, repeatable engine that brings new besties in and keeps them coming back.

In this role, you’ll own acquisition and retention end to end; partnering with our paid media agency, running our lifecycle program, and obsessing over the metrics that move the business. You’ll be a driving force, not an assistant: someone who can take a target and figure out how to hit it.

What you’ll own

  • Paid acquisition — partner closely with our paid media agency across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels to scale spend profitably.
  • Retention (email & SMS) — own the lifecycle program end to end: welcome, post-purchase, winback, replenishment, and VIP flows that keep besties coming back.
  • Funnel & conversion — improve the path from first touch to subscription, from landing pages and offers to checkout and post-purchase.
  • Analytics & reporting — own the dashboards. Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin, and turn the numbers into clear recommendations.
  • Experimentation — build a testing roadmap across creative, offers, audiences, and flows, and ship a steady cadence of experiments.
  • Subscription growth — grow and retain the subscriber base that powers predictable, recurring revenue.
  • Creative briefing — brief and feed the ad creative pipeline with data-backed angles, hooks, and concepts that perform.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in DTC, wellness, beauty, or supplements.
  • A track record of scaling paid acquisition profitably and building lifecycle programs that lift retention and LTV.
  • Fluent in data — comfortable in spreadsheets and analytics tools, and able to translate numbers into action.
  • Strong creative instincts — you know what makes an ad or an email convert, and you can brief it clearly.
  • A self-starter who thrives with ownership and turns targets into shipped work.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience managing or working alongside a paid media agency.
  • Deep familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, and subscription tools (Recharge, Skio, or similar).
  • Genuine interest in biohacking, longevity, and the wellness space.
  • LA-based and able to collaborate in person.

The details

Compensation is $75,000. We’d love for you to be Los Angeles-based so we can collaborate in person, but we’re open to the right remote candidate. We welcome applicants of every background — if you’re excited about this role but don’t check every box, we still want to hear from you.
