Description

Responsibilities:

1.Candidate Sourcing

· Develop and execute various sourcing strategies for the assigned accounts and covered locations.

· Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline.

· Establish and maintain relationship with academe and other external institutions for sourcing programs and initiatives.

2.Candidate Assessment & Selection

· Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

· Administer and interpret assessment tools or tests as required.

· Provide recommendation to Business Unit hiring managers based on interview outcomes and assessment.

3.Interview Coordination & Facilitation

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

· Conduct candidate HR interviews for various roles across the bank.

· Ensure consistency and fairness in the interview process.

4.Stakeholder Collaboration/ Management

· Partner with Business Unit Heads and HR Business Partners to align on role requirements and selection criteria.

· Support hiring managers in making informed decisions through structured feedback and candidate assessment.

5.Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with BSP regulations and internal audit standards.

· Maintain accurate and complete candidate record in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Prepare reports on candidate assessment and hiring metrics.

6.Candidate Experience

· Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Communicate timely updates and feedback to applicants.

7.Supervision/Administration

· Oversees HR officers to ensure hiring requirements are met through.

· Provides on-the-ground coaching/ guidance to HR officers on issues during the recruiting process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on interviewing and selection.
  • Familiarity with banking roles and regulatory hiring requirements is an advantage.
