What Will You Do?

  • Partner with the Head of Product Management to define and evolve the architecture vision of the DNext Telecom BSS Product Platform.
  • Own enterprise architecture standards, principles, governance, and target architecture across applications, APIs, data, integrations, and cloud-native services.
  • Ensure architectural consistency across product roadmap initiatives, customer implementations, and platform modernization efforts.
  • Lead architecture reviews and guide key design decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, reusability, and integration.
  • Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and best practices for Telecom BSS solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with TM Forum standards (Open APIs, SID, eTOM, ODA).
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, and customer-facing teams to align business and technology goals.
  • Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and modernization opportunities, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Support customer engagements, solution reviews, and strategic technology decisions.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, engineering automation, and product-oriented architecture practices.

What Do You Need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in software delivery, including 10+ years in Telecom BSS, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Product Architecture, or Product Management.
  • Proven experience in senior architecture leadership roles.
  • Strong Telecom BSS knowledge, including CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, Charging, Provisioning, and Fulfillment.
  • Hands-on experience with TM Forum Open APIs, SID, eTOM, and ODA frameworks.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud-native platforms, and distributed architectures.
  • Experience with integration architecture, data architecture, security, scalability, and technology governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with customers through workshops, solution reviews, RFPs, and executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform modernization practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and understanding AI governance principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
