ABOUT THE POSITION
Position Overview: As BSA Assistant Manager, you will help lead Visions’ BSA/AML/OFAC program by supporting compliance operations, guiding team performance, and strengthening risk mitigation across the organization. You will partner closely with the Director of Risk Mitigation, serve as a back-up to the Assistant BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Officer, and play an important role in maintaining a strong culture of compliance through sound processes, training, and collaboration.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $90,000/year (Exempt) *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is located in our Endwell, NY, Muhlenberg, PA or Saddle Brook, NJ. Some travel to Endwell, NY is expected.
