Description

• Act as the Company's representative and primary point of contact with the Client regarding construction progress and site activities.
• Serve as the Company's representative in all interactions with subcontractors.
• Manage and supervise the construction team on site.
• Prepare and issue daily and weekly progress reports to both the Company and the Client.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and the Client, particularly during shutdown periods when close coordination is required.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor construction activities, including planning, progress tracking, resource allocation, and execution.
• Ensure that all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures are properly implemented and adhered to on site.
• Ensure compliance with QA procedures and oversee QC activities to maintain the required quality standards.
