Job Description:
The Senior Executive Performance is responsible for leading the execution, optimization, and strategic
oversight of Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic campaigns for MENA-region clients. This senior
role combines hands-on campaign leadership with performance accountability, ensuring campaigns meet
and exceed client objectives while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms.
• Drive performance by proactively optimizing campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring accurate campaign implementation, tracking, and reporting.
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices; share insights with the
team.
• Ensure high campaign quality through regular audits and adherence to internal processes.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align campaign execution with broader client strategies and business goals.
• Contribute to performance reporting, analysis, and actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior performance-focused role within an agency environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and DV360.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; English required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Campaign Manager, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, DV360) preferred.
