Job Title: (Remote) – Virtual Assistant – nogigigdy
(Remote) – Virtual Assistant – $18.00 – $21.00/hour*

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Manage executive appointments and calendar.
- Organize and manage emails.
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Develop and implement structures, workflows, and processes.
- Research technologies and provide recommendations.
- Maintain CRM with updates and data entry.
- Arrange travel, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
- Assist with project coordination.
- Plan and coordinate events.
- Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability Monday to Friday during business hours with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Experience in an administrative support role.
- Home office setup with a Mac or PC computer (including webcam), at least 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Smartphone with email capabilities.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace.
Additional Information
- This is a 1099 contractor position.
- Virtual Assistant pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour based on experience and skillset. Contractors receive a fixed monthly payment based on contracted hours. Hours and clients are not guaranteed.
