Procurement & Contract Management Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement & Contract Management Lead to join our team 🎯 In this role, you will act as a strategic partner driving procurement excellence and managing key supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive, optimize, and standardize end-to-end procurement processes, policies, and methodologies across assigned categories.
• Formulate and execute long-term procurement strategies that align with macro business objectives and deliver sustainable value.
• Lead complex, high-stakes commercial negotiations and draft critical supplier contracts, ensuring robust legal and financial terms.
• Act as a subject matter expert within the procurement function, fostering best practices and guiding peers on advanced sourcing techniques.
• Oversee comprehensive market analyses, benchmarking, and risk assessments to identify global trends and competitive pricing structures.
• Design and execute advanced supplier performance frameworks, critical audits, and relationship management strategies for key partners.
• Strategically manage the upcoming contract renewal pipeline, pioneering contract revisions and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Develop advanced procurement analytics and present data-driven recommendations, KPIs, and strategic reporting frameworks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Business Administration or related fields is a plus)
• Minimum 7+ years of advanced procurement experience, with a proven track record of managing high-impact projects or scaling procurement processes.
• Deep subject matter expertise in IT, Technology, and Outsourcing categories is highly preferred.
• Master-level negotiation and contract management skills with a strong grasp of commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience in designing sourcing frameworks, cost models, and advanced market analysis tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level leadership.
• Strong analytical prowess, visionary mindset, and the ability to operate independently as a process leader in a fast-paced environment.
