International Healthcare Sales Agent
We are looking for a Sales Agent / Medical Tourism Patient Consultant who will provide our international patients with professional, solution-oriented and trustworthy guidance, from their initial enquiry through to their arrival in Türkiye.

Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with prospective international patients via telephone, WhatsApp and email
* Identify patients’ needs accurately and refer them to the relevant healthcare professionals
* Clearly explain treatment plans prepared by clinicians, including the process and pricing
* Address patients’ questions, concerns and objections with an ethical, reassuring and solution-focused approach
* Manage quotations, follow-ups, deposits and sales closing processes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient communications and sales stages in the CRM system
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Ensure a complete and accurate handover of confirmed patients to the operations and patient relations teams
* Prioritise patient satisfaction and the organisation’s reputation throughout the entire process
Candidate Profile
* Advanced proficiency in English
* Previous experience in medical tourism, telesales, call centres, consultancy or international sales is preferred
* Strong skills in sales closing, persuasion, needs assessment and objection handling
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Target-driven and results-oriented
* Sensitive to patient confidentiality, ethical communication and accurate information
* Confident in using CRM systems and digital communication tools
* Highly organised, responsible and disciplined in follow-up processes
* Comfortable communicating with international patients from different cultural backgrounds
* Able to work flexible hours when required
Knowledge of an additional foreign language and previous medical tourism sales experience will be considered an advantage.
