Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university with 10+ years of experience
Extensive knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law and Personal Data Protection Law
Experience in legal due diligence, litigation process, contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation,
Proven experience advising senior executives and managing complex legal matters.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English,
Advanced problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication and decision-making skills,
Experience advising multinational clients and managing cross-border transactions.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Job Description:
Providing legal assistance to the national and multinational clients on a wide range of the corporate matters
Provide ongoing corporate advisory services, including corporate governance, shareholders' matters and regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic legal advice to the national and multinational clients
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team of the Clients, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
Lead and manage domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and closing processes.
Advise clients on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR and Turkish data protection legislation (KVKK), as well as related compliance projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
Supervise and mentor team and junior lawyers where appropriate.
Contribute to business development initiatives, client presentations and legal publications.
Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and risk management frameworks that enable business growth
Drafting, revising and negotiating all kinds of agreements, preparing all sorts of legal documents including correspondence with the authorities
