Role Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Intern to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love bringing structure to chaos, this role is for you.
You will work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience for our candidates and mentors while helping scale our programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule mentor and candidate sessions.
- Manage candidate journeys and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Follow up with candidates regularly and maintain engagement throughout the program.
- Coordinate with mentors for session scheduling, feedback, and updates.
- Track candidate progress and maintain operational documentation.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Assist in community engagement and candidate communication via WhatsApp and other channels.
- Work cross-functionally with the product and marketing teams whenever required.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior internship/startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
