Role Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Intern to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love bringing structure to chaos, this role is for you.

You will work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience for our candidates and mentors while helping scale our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule mentor and candidate sessions.
  • Manage candidate journeys and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Follow up with candidates regularly and maintain engagement throughout the program.
  • Coordinate with mentors for session scheduling, feedback, and updates.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain operational documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Assist in community engagement and candidate communication via WhatsApp and other channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product and marketing teams whenever required.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior internship/startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
