Lead CMMC Assessor (LCCA) l $155,000 – $175,000 | Remote, USA

We’re looking for a Lead CMMC Assessor to join a 500+ employee C3PAO and a growing 10 person assessment team. This is your chance to work on enterprise-scale CMMC Level 2 assessments while helping shape the practice as it grows.

This is a hands-on role and is perfect for experienced Assessors who want to continue performing assessments, but with a clear path into team leadership and operational ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading CMMC Level 2 assessments for large and complex DIB clients
• Evaluating controls and collect evidence aligned to NIST SP 800-171 / 800-53
• Mentoring junior assessors and help grow team capability
• Communicating results effectively to both technical teams and executives

What We’re Looking For

• Active Lead CCA (LCCA) certification with Tier 3 Suitability
• Hands-on experience performing CMMC assessments
• Background in DIB or highly regulated environments
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Bonus: additional certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM
