We're looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Officer who can help keep our supply chain running smoothly by managing purchasing, tracking inventory, coordinating shipments, and solving problems before they impact the business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage purchasing activities, including creating and tracking purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages before they become issues.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or fulfillment problems.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and logistics records.
  • Analyze purchasing and logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure products are available when needed.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational support tasks.

What You Bring

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or operations.
  • Required: Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting inventory and logistics operations for online retail businesses.
