What You'll Do
- Manage purchasing activities, including creating and tracking purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages before they become issues.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or fulfillment problems.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and logistics records.
- Analyze purchasing and logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure products are available when needed.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational support tasks.
What You Bring
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or operations.
- Required: Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Bonus Points
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting inventory and logistics operations for online retail businesses.
