Description

Job Responsibilities

1.Collaborate closely with internal departments including Operations, Marketing, Sales and Finance to clarify procurement demands, and align all procurement activities with corporate strategies.

2.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers covering key categories such as transportation, warehousing, promotions, advertising and events. Evaluation metrics cover quality, reliability, cost competitiveness and compliance capability.

3.Negotiate formal contracts with selected suppliers to secure favorable terms on pricing, delivery lead time, product quality and after-sales services.

Maintain long-term supplier partnerships, monitor supplier performance continuously, and resolve all issues and disputes arising during contract execution.

4.Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement cost-reduction strategies that boost efficiency of supply chain operations and marketing campaigns.

5.Conduct regular market analysis and track latest trends in the automotive industry to identify optimization opportunities and sustain corporate competitive edge.

Participate in full tender procedures and bid evaluation, ensuring all procurement deliverables meet standards for quality, pricing and delivery schedule.

6.Establish standardized procurement policies and procedures, including single-source procurement and vendor recommendation mechanisms, to guarantee transparent and efficient procurement operations.

7.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all procurement transactions and contracts to comply with internal management rules and local laws & regulations.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Administration or other related disciplines.

2.Minimum 5 years of end-to-end procurement experience, with at least 3 years specializing in marketing procurement; candidates with automotive industry background are highly preferred.

3.Proven capability to independently negotiate commercial terms for marketing-related procurement needs.

4.Strong analytical thinking, excellent cross-functional communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

5.Excellent oral and written English proficiency, fluent Chinese speaking ability; able to conduct daily business communication with overseas partners smoothly.
