  • A Snapshot of your day You will support the Legal & Compliance department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by managing legal documentation, tracking litigation deadlines, and assisting with contract lifecycle management. Your role will involve preparing legal reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • How Will You Make An Impact?
  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily legal matters.
  • Maintain and organize legal documentation, contracts, and case files.
  • Track litigation deadlines and update legal trackers.
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including preparation and archiving.
  • Prepare legal presentations and internal communication materials.
  • Assist in collecting and consolidating documents for stakeholders.
  • Manage legal databases and reporting tools.
  • What will you need?
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Justice/Paralegal Studies/Office Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant legal support experience.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data sets, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentations).
  • Good written English skills for documentation and correspondence.
  • Experience in manufacturing or corporate legal departments (preferred).
