Logistics Intern

Since 2001, tesa SE has been a wholly owned affiliate of Beiersdorf AG (whose products include NIVEA, Eucerin, and la prairie).

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager to learn Intern to join our Logistics team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for young talents to gain hands-on experience in chemistry industry. The selected intern will have the chance to work closely with our experienced team, contribute to real projects, and develop valuable skills that will set the foundation for a successful career.

Your main tasks & responsibilities are:

• Stock control and monitoring of shipments

• Daily shipment follow-up, including customs status tracking

• Documentation follow-up, archiving, and managing shipments in Excel files

• Supporting the logistics team in daily operations

• Supporting the Customer Service team

• Supporting import and export processes Requirements:

• University student who is required to complete a mandatory internship

• Interest in logistics and supply chain processes

• Available for short-term internship

• Good command of English (verbal and written)

• Proactive, willing to learn, responsible, patient, and solution-oriented

• Strong Office program skills, especially Excel

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
