We are seeking an experienced Program Director – SAP S/4HANA Transformation to lead major enterprise initiatives within the Aerospace & Defense sector. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for defining solution strategy, governing complex integrations, and delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs that drive business value across global operations.
You'll work closely with executive stakeholders while leading multi-disciplinary teams to modernize legacy landscapes and enable next-generation digital capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
- Define the SAP S/4HANA solution and integration strategy for A&D aftermarket transformation programs.
- Establish enterprise architecture blueprints across business processes, applications, and integration layers.
- Align technology strategy with long-term business objectives.
Solution Architecture
- Lead end-to-end solution design across:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
- Service Management and MRO
- Inventory, EWM, and Spare Parts Management
- Design scalable operating models for global aftermarket ecosystems.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP capabilities, and industry best practices.
Leadership Experience
- Successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programs exceeding $50M.
- Experience leading global teams of 100+ professionals.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
- Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
What We're Looking For
SAP S/4HANA Expertise
- Deep experience designing enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solutions and integration architectures.
- Strong background across OTC, PTP, MRO, inventory, EWM, and spare parts management.
- Ability to align business processes, data models, and system architecture.
Aerospace & Defense Industry Experience
Proven expertise in:
- Spare parts management
- MRO/CRO operations
- Service logistics and aftermarket fulfillment
- Serialized inventory and traceability
- Global distribution and service networks
Integration Architecture Experience
Strong knowledge of:
- SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)
- SAP PI/PO modernization
- API-led and event-driven architectures
- REST, OData, SOAP, IDOC, ALE, and EDI integrations
- Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Boomi
Ecosystem Integration
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with:
- EWM, IBP, and Transportation Management
- PLM platforms such as Teamcenter and Windchill
- Asset and MRO systems including Maximo
- Technical publication systems and external partner ecosystems
