About the role

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you’ll play a lead role in shaping the future of Honda Australia’s Fleet business across rental, corporate, and other non-private channels. In this role, you’ll drive growth by developing and executing the Fleet strategy, fostering strong and lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, and delivering sustainable, profitable outcomes across both established and emerging customer segments.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and deliver a national Fleet strategy and operating plan to grow Honda’s presence across rental, corporate, SME, novated leasing, and government channels.
  • Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with key fleet partners, ensuring high performance and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new fleet business through strategic prospecting, account planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end fleet processes (lead-to-delivery and beyond), enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and system capability.
  • Manage fleet commercial outcomes, including pricing and margin optimisation, and contribute insights and recommendations to support channel growth.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, providing data-driven insights.

What you'll bring to Honda

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in fleet/corporate/rental automotive sales with a proven ability to grow volume and profitability.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.
