About the Role
CNBC Indonesia is looking for a highly analytical, creative, and business-minded individual to join our Marketing Services Team as a Campaign Strategist.
In this role, you will support the development of sponsorship proposals, campaign concepts, and commercial partnership solutions by translating client needs into compelling and relevant marketing offerings. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Creative Conceptor, and Campaign Implementation teams to deliver impactful proposals that create value for clients while supporting CNBC Indonesia’s business objectives.
The primary focus of this position is to assist in developing sponsorship packages, conducting market research, creating campaign recommendations, and supporting the development of integrated marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Sponsorship Plannin
- Assist in developing sponsorship packages and campaign proposals based on client requirements
- Conduct research on client industries, market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities
- Identify CNBC Indonesia’s platforms, assets, and opportunities that can be transformed into partnership solutions
- Support the development of campaign ideas, collaboration concepts, and value-added solutions
- .ssist in preparing presentation materials and proposal documents
Pricing & Partnership Package Developmen
- Support the creation of partnership package structures, benefits, and campaign deliverables
- Assist in campaign cost estimation and budgeting processes
- Ensure proposal information, benefits, and deliverables are clearly documented
- Review and provide recommendations to improve sponsorship packages
Internal Collaboratio
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand client objectives and campaign requirements
- Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Event, Production, and other related teams to gather proposal information
- Collaborate with the Campaign Implementation team to ensure campaign concepts and deliverables are executable
- Support internal and client presentations and discussions
Product & Business Developmen
- Monitor trends in the media, marketing, event, and advertising industries
- Conduct competitor research and gather market insights
- Support the development of new sponsorship ideas, campaign formats, and commercial opportunities
- Assist in evaluating campaign performance and identifying areas for future improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplin
- Fresh graduates are welcome to appl
- Internship experience or exposure in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Events, Business Development, Strategic Planning, or related fields is a plu
- Strong interest in the media, advertising, sponsorship, event, digital marketing, and branded content industrie
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and objective
- Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and develop structured recommendation
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and basic cost calculation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong willingness to lear
- Able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneousl
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
- Willing to work flexible hours when required to support project need
- Detail-oriented, able to work efficiently and accurately, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadline
