AI Architect

Location: Remote (U.S.) Boston

Type: Full-Time or Contract-to-Hire

Artificial Intelligence is transforming how businesses operate. We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to help us build and execute our enterprise AI strategy, identify high-value use cases, select the right technologies, and implement scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands both the business and technical sides of AI and can translate emerging technologies into real-world productivity gains, automation, and competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead the company's AI roadmap and strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, finance, and internal workflows.
  • Design enterprise AI architectures using technologies such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AWS, Anthropic, Salesforce Einstein, and other leading platforms.
  • Build AI-powered solutions including:
  • Generative AI applications
  • AI Agents
  • Knowledge Management Systems
  • Workflow Automation
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Intelligent Assistants
  • Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 15 + years of enterprise technology architecture experience.
  • 3+ years working directly with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI architectures.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM, ERP, collaboration, and business systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executives and technical teams.
  • Passion for staying ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI Enterprise.
  • Salesforce AI / Einstein expertise.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience.
