What You'll Do
- Complete structured tasks that directly train and improve AI systems
- Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, tone, and consistency
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure high-quality, reliable results
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Strong written communication skills in English
- No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll set you up for success
Nice to Have
- Experience in content review, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
- Background in data entry, annotation, or structured task work
