About The Role

What You'll Do
- Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex scenarios
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify problems like factual errors, biased outputs, awkward phrasing, or inappropriate content
- Push AI limits with creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts
- Submit structured feedback using clear rating systems and written notes
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious and willing to explore diverse topics and conversation styles
- Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning
- Strong written communicator with an eye for detail
- Comfortable navigating chat-based digital tools
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, tech, or testing experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, journalism, or content review
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
