We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support contractor-to-employee conversions within our Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role is operational in nature and does not include traditional recruiting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of conversion transactions, maintain compliance with hiring procedures, and provide a seamless experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process contractor-to-employee conversions in Workday with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and validate candidate data to ensure completeness and compliance with internal processes
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing timely status updates
  • Partner directly with hiring leaders to answer questions, provide guidance on the hiring process, and ensure alignment on next steps
  • Communicate proactively with hiring leaders and stakeholders regarding candidate progress and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Accept-to-Hire (ATH) team, Immigration Support team, and Human Resource Business Partners
  • Ensure adherence to established hiring workflows, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Identify and escalate process gaps or issues to support continuous improvement
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and complete documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or TA recruiting operations, talent acquisition coordination, or a similar administrative role
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting contractor conversions or onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and hiring workflows
  • Experience partnering with hiring leaders or business stakeholders
