Role Description This full-time remote Project Assistant role supports project managers and project teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital engineering and workforce-related initiatives. Daily responsibilities include organizing project documentation, maintaining project schedules, tracking tasks and deliverables, and preparing status reports and meeting notes. The Project Assistant will coordinate meetings, manage communication between stakeholders, and assist with resource allocation and administrative tasks to keep projects on track. The role also involves supporting data entry and basic analysis, helping improve project processes, and ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation management, and task tracking.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, virtual meeting platforms).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset for supporting project quality and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of IT or engineering environments, or interest in technology-driven projects, is preferred.
  • Experience in project support, operations, or administrative roles in consulting, technology, or professional services is beneficial.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
