This role requires someone who can immediately step into an active project, quickly establish credibility with stakeholders, and drive the implementation across the finish line

The ideal candidate has successfully led Talkdesk migration projects, understands the challenges of contact center transformations, and is comfortable navigating both technical and business conversations. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly while keeping teams aligned and accountabl
