What You'll Be Doing?
Demand, Supply & Inventory Management
- Conduct demand forecasting analysis and take necessary actions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end supply and replenishment plans to ensure high product availability while minimizing waste and carrying costs.
- Review sales data to forecast inventory levels based on historical trends, promotional activities, and market conditions.
- Manage and optimize supplier constraints, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and Lead Times to balance supply with shifting demand.
Supply, Network & Capacity Optimization
- Manage supply planning versus demand planning to ensure strict alignment with business objectives.
- Develop, oversee, and continuously improve the daily replenishment plan for all darkstores in Turkey.
- Optimize distribution and network strategies to improve efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and maximize fulfillment rates.
- Manage capacity planning (warehouse, fleet, and supplier capacity) to ensure supply chain operations seamlessly align with business growth.
Advanced Analytics, AI & Technology Integration
- Leverage and implement AI-driven tools, machine learning forecasting models, and advanced data analytics to enhance prediction accuracy and automate replenishment.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning systems by working closely with technology teams, data scientists, and external partners.
- Maximize the capabilities of advanced planning systems such as Relex, Blue Yonder, Slimstock, and SAP to enhance asset and supply chain management.
- Build, monitor, and manage advanced data dashboards and key performance reports (KPIs) to track planning efficiency and identify bottleneck areas.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven execution.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Logistics, and Tech teams to synchronize market demand with operational capacity.
What You'll Bring?
- Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, covering both demand forecasting and operational supply/replenishment planning.
- Strong expertise or a high learning agility in Data Analytics and AI-driven planning tools; experience with Python, R, SQL, or BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau) is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in advanced supply chain planning software such as Relex, Blue Yonder, Slimstock, and SAP.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment (e.g., e-commerce, q-commerce, or retail).
- Analytical and futuristic mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex supply chain challenges.
