About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Connected Planner (Supply Planner) to support a 12-month portfolio transformation project. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of supply planning activities during a period of significant product portfolio changes, including new product introductions, phase-outs, and supply network adjustments.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of supply planning, cross-functional collaboration, and connected planning processes, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and strategic initiatives. You will leverage data-driven insights and planning tools to maintain service levels while minimizing risks throughout the transition.

Your responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end supply planning processes for assigned product portfolio
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels while balancing service, cost, and obsolescence risk
  • Monitor and resolve supply exceptions and risks proactively
  • Evaluate supply impacts of portfolio transitions and mitigation strategies
  • Track project milestones and ensure supply readiness for key changes
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of transitions
  • Work closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Provide supply insights and scenario analysis to support decision-making
  • Analyze planning data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
  • Identify supply risks tied to portfolio changes (e.g., obsolescence, shortages)
  • Propose mitigation plans and escalation where needed

The experience we're looking for

Must-have

  • Proven experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning
  • Experience working in a portfolio change / transformation environment (preferred)
  • Experience with planning tools (Kinaxis)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, scenario planning)
  • Experience working with planning systems and large data environments
  • Ability to create supply scenarios and assess trade-offs
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, structured, and business-oriented)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management (NPI, phase-in/phase-out)
  • Experience in transformation or project-based roles
