We are expanding our Oncology & Hematology team in Hungary and looking for new team member on the position of Key Account Manager Hematology.

YOUR ROLE

You will be involved in promotion of range of innovative products and contribute to further success and growth of Swixx Biopharma in Hungary. You will build different product brands, closely cooperate with healthcare professionals, implement, and monitor different programs and activities within assigned territory.

  • Focus on Hematology Clinics and leading Hematology Centers in Budapest
  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with health care professionals - key accounts and key opinion leaders
  • Promote of product/s within the territory in line with account plans
  • Orchestrate in-field activity to achieve sales results and specified targets
  • Achieve sales goals while ensuring the optimum customer experience
  • Implement tactical plans/projects in order to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management
  • Identify market segments, develop communication strategy with target groups to promote products
  • Identify barriers and opportunities for the relevant and specific disease area through deep customer insight and local knowledge
  • Use multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of the multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with other Swixx departments and distributors to find most effective way of increasing sales and/or improving productivity

YOUR PROFILE

Education

  • University degree - medicine or life science (pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, dental medicine, nurse)

Work experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience on sales & account management position in pharma industry, preferably in multinational company
  • Experience in Oncology and/or Hematology, particularly with innovative therapies, is an advantage

Expertise & knowledge

  • Proven ability to understand, assimilate and communicate scientific information and Health Economic data/insights
  • Knowledge of Hungarian pharmaceutical market and customer knowledge
  • Good computer literacy
  • A valid driving license - B category
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Hungarian
