Role Overview

This role works directly with the Founder to drive execution across business priorities and strategic initiatives.

The Founder’s Office Executive will coordinate teams, track projects, manage follow-ups, and ensure key initiatives move efficiently from planning to completion.

This is not a traditional personal assistant role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage founder’s execution dashboard and priorities

• Convert meetings into action plans and ensure closure

• Track tasks and deadlines across teams

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder communication

• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries

• Conduct business, market, and operational research

• Build SOPs and improve internal workflows

• Identify execution bottlenecks and escalate proactively

• Support launches, growth initiatives, and special projects

• Maintain structured documentation and reporting systems

Required Skills

• Strong ownership and execution mindset

• Excellent communication and follow-up ability

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Comfortable using project management tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field.
