Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager ensures the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of equipment, utilities, and site infrastructure, playing a key role in securing production continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, predictive, and continuous improvement)
• Ensure operational excellence and production continuity
• Optimize maintenance costs and improve energy performance
• Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Manage and develop maintenance teams and competencies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function

Profile & Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree in Maintenance or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the FMCG sector is highly valued, particularly within the dairy processing industry.

The candidate demonstrates strong expertise in industrial performance management, with solid knowledge of key maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, TD, TOD, and PR.

Fluency in English is required.
