About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This position is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who aspire to become trusted financial advisors. Responsibilities

Client Relationship Support

  • Assist advisors in preparing for client meetings
  • Participate in client meetings and document key action items
  • Help coordinate client service requests and follow-up activities
  • Support client onboarding and account opening processes
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through timely and professional communication

Financial Planning

  • Gather and organize client financial information
  • Assist in developing comprehensive financial plans
  • Analyze retirement, cash flow, tax, insurance, estate, and education planning strategies
  • Maintain financial planning software and client records
  • Monitor client progress toward financial goals

Investment Analysis

  • Assist with portfolio reviews and investment reporting
  • Support portfolio monitoring and rebalancing activities
  • Prepare materials used in client investment discussions

Professional Growth

  • Work alongside experienced advisors and firm leadership
  • Participate in internal training and development opportunities
  • Gain exposure to sophisticated planning and investment issues affecting affluent families
  • Develop the skills necessary to progress into a lead advisory role

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational methods
  • Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in wealth management

Preferred

  • Internship experience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, accounting, or related fields
  • Familiarity with financial markets and investment concepts
  • Demonstrated interest in personal finance and financial planning
