At Stock Spirits Group we are part of a fast-growing international spirits business with strong local heritage, well-known brands, and operations across multiple European markets. To strengthen our International Team in Pilsen, we are looking for an experienced and motivated International Customer Service Specialist.
In this role, you will act as a key operational link between international customers, sales teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. You will ensure smooth order processing, reliable customer communication, and high service quality across international markets while supporting the continued growth of our business.
Your mission as an International Customer Service Specialist:
- Manage end-to-end order processing for international customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for operational customer requests and coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners.
- Prepare and verify export and logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, customs documents, and certificates.
- Coordinate closely with logistics providers, warehouses, and production teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer master data and order-related information within ERP and CRM systems.
- Support international key accounts with market-specific documentation and customer requirements.
- Coordinate sample shipments, POS materials, and product launches with international markets.
- Support the International Team with reporting, project coordination, meeting preparation, and data administration.
Your profile:
- Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a comparable field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, export, logistics, or order management within an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience working with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
