As an Information Technology Intern, you will support the Service Management Office (SMO) in improving IT service management processes, governance, and operational efficiency. You will work on process analysis, KPI reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that help drive more transparent, data-driven, and compliant IT operations.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Analyze and document IT service management (ITSM) processes
- Support KPI tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in workflow optimization and automation initiatives
- Maintain documentation and support audit readiness activities
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ITSM, ServiceNow, or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work with documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint)
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
- Duration: 3 Months
- Expected Onboarding: Mid July 2026
