Role description

Lead the digital growth marketing system — from current-state analysis through expansion — with direct accountability for lead quality, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS). This is a strategic–operational role that connects marketing to sales and revenue, not campaign management alone.

Core responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a digital growth plan (short-term, then mid-to-long-term) across brand, creative, communications, and digital asset strategies.
  • Manage paid media across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Apple) to increase ROAS and reduce cost per result (CPR) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Develop the lead funnel, lift conversion rate (CR%), and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Build a data-driven attribution model (GA4, MMP, Pixels/CAPI, CRM) and monitor funnel drop-offs through live dashboards.
  • Grow organic presence and strengthen brand authority and engagement in partnership with the creative team.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), UI/UX, and lead response time, while managing the team and partners.
  • Apply AI, programmatic, dynamic, and segmented campaigns to scale and open new acquisition channels.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital and growth marketing, preferably Saudi markets.
  • Proven mastery of multi-platform paid media with a track record of raising ROAS and lowering CAC.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, MMP tools, CRM management, and data-driven attribution models.
  • Strong command of lead generation, funnel mechanics, and MQL/SQL conversion.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, organic presence, and content management with creative teams.
  • Leadership ability — team and partner management — and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; familiarity with AI tools and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
