Your Responsibilities

/ Serve as the primary technical liaison for your market, collaborating closely with our central chemistry team in Spain to provide market-specific insights and expertise
/ Ensure full regulatory compliance by monitoring local laws, defining market access requirements, requesting supplier declarations, and interpreting Safety Data Sheets(SDS)
/ Support product development by ensuring ingredient selection, regulatory compliance, supplier coordination, testing, documentation and consumer complaint resolution
/ Own the local technical release process for all chemical products, ensuring and formally confirming their full compliance with both national and internal BSH regulation
/ Assist in the lifecycle management of chemical products for repairs, including overseeing the chemical release process for new and existing products
Your Profile
/Academic: M.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Toxicology or related fields
/ Preferably minimum 5 years similar experience in a regulatory affairs department or a Quality QMS environment or specific regulatory certifications for chemicals (e.g. GHS, REACH, TSCA, SDS.)
/Preferably experience with technical writing, data management, and legal literacy
/Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and fluency in English are required
/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
