This role will be responsible for building strong brand narratives, driving thought leadership, and ensuring consistent visibility for the agency’s work and business priorities across external and internal platforms. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned communications professional who can operate in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment with strong strategic and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1) Corporate Communications (Core Mandate)
Drive reputation-building initiatives for Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, and Propagate
Develop and execute thought leadership strategies for senior leadership
Manage spokesperson profiling and media engagement across key platforms
Lead PR efforts including campaign releases, award communication, and business narratives
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry bodies, and relevant stakeholders
Ensure consistency and alignment in all external communications
2) Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
Partner with HR and the Cultural Council to support employee engagement initiatives
Lead internal communication strategies around key programs and events
Contribute to ideation and promotion of culture-building initiatives such as leadership forums, internal awards, and engagement activities
Ensure alignment between internal messaging and external brand narrative
3) Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in leadership discussions to align communication priorities with business goals
Support integration of communication strategies across business units
Ensure seamless coordination between leadership teams, HR, and business stakeholders
Strengthen organizational alignment through clear and effective communication frameworks
Candidate Profile
•10+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related fields
•Proven track record in reputation management, media relations, and thought leadership development
•Strong understanding of agency environment and brand-led communications
•Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior leadership
•Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
•Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
