This role will directly impact good customer outcomes by ensuring that our end client and intermediated propositions are well researched, meet client needs, are competitive, and provide value for money.

About You
Experience: Significant experience in the financial services or wealth management industry, with a proven track record in a similar senior, supervisory, or management role. A proven track record of driving business growth through client acquisition, referrals, and delivery against ambitious targets.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrable success as an effective leader of diverse teams, with strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Financial Acumen: Strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of investment management, investment products, market trends, and P&L management.
Qualifications: Advanced qualifications such as the Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification (CISI Level 7 Diploma), CFA essential
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
