Eulitha is a Swiss deep technology company developing advanced lithography equipment for emerging applications in photonics. Our breakthrough technologies enable development and production of revolutionary devices in fields such as Augmented Reality (AR), telecommunication and biological sensors. We work with global technology leaders in developing new solutions for future near-eye displays, smart phones, flat panel displays, lasers and similar devices.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assemble, calibrate, and test high-precision modules that are integrated into our advanced lithography systems. This role requires a strong ability to solve technical challenges and understand technical design drawings.

Your work will directly contribute to deliver high-quality equipment that enable our top-tier tech-customers to produce next-generation photonic devices and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, calibrate, and test precision modules and components for integration into advanced lithography machines, partly within a cleanroom environment
  • Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical infrastructure and production equipment
  • Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing and process documentation
  • Support to procure required tools, materials, and spare parts in coordination
  • Collaborate closely with other engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, optics, software and controls)
  • Adhere to project plans and schedules with a strong focus on milestones, quality standards, and continuous improvement
  • Perform light machining and modifications of metal parts as needed
  • Support the disassembly and packing of machines for shipping
  • Support additional production tasks as required

Profile

  • Advanced diploma from a technical college (Techniker/in HF) in Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering is a strong plus; or a degree from a University of Applied Sciences (FH) is equally welcome
  • Hands-on experience in precision assembly, calibration, or micro-mechanical manufacturing
  • Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
  • Structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • good command of English
  • Forklift license is a plus
