At ASML, you will operate at the intersection of technology and people. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you play a key role in shaping the workforce of one of the world’s most innovative technology companies. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Business Partners, and line management to design and execute forward-looking recruitment strategies.

You take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance. With a data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you advise senior leaders on labor market developments and guide them toward effective hiring decisions.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple ASML business groups
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans, aligned with business goals
  • Lead vacancy intake and kick-off meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and guide sourcing specialists and recruitment planners to identify top talent
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at various levels, managing expectations and influencing hiring strategies
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire selection process
  • Closely support candidates during final stages, including offer management and contract negotiations
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on labor market data, trends, and recruitment analytics

Compensation

You will be part of YER and will work at ASML. You can count on:

  • An agreement for 32-40 hours a week
  • Salary starting at €3,200 gross per month
  • 25 vacations days, with the option of buying more
  • Travel expenses
  • Pension

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within a complex or corporate environment
  • Proven track record in developing data-driven recruitment strategies and working with reports and analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is nice to have.
