We are Hiring | HR Business Partner / HR Manager (10+ Years Experience)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about both people and talent.

📍 Locations : Pune & Nashik

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition

Drive end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Automation and IT roles.

Partner with business leaders to attract and hire the right talent.

🔹 Employee Engagement & Internal HR Communication

Lead employee engagement initiatives across locations.

Drive onboarding and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Own internal HR communication, including policies, HR initiatives, leadership messages, employee announcements and organizational updates.

Build strong relationships with employees and managers, acting as a trusted HR partner.

🔹 Learning & Development

Coordinate learning initiatives and support capability development across the organization.

--- We are Looking For

• 10+ years of HR experience. (Preferably IT and Automation Industry)
• Experience in the Automation, Engineering or IT industry.
• Strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and internal communication skills.

Travel

Pune: Weekly travel to Mumbai and monthly travel to Nashik/project sites.

Nashik: Occasional travel to Pune/Mumbai as required.
