Key Responsibilities
- Global Sourcing: Hunt for top-tier exchange/ Web3 talent across technical and non-technical roles.
- Pipeline Management: Build a steady network of international candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Telegram.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from first contact to offer negotiation.
- Market Mapping: Analyze global hiring trends and salary benchmarks in the crypto space.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at international Web3 conferences, hackathons, and virtual career fairs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of international recruitment experience, preferably in tech or fintech.
- Geographic Coverage: Experience hiring across North America, Europe, and APAC regions is preferred.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English.
- Tools: Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Web3 sourcing channels.
