Global Centers for Entrepreneurship (GCE) is on a mission to launch 100+ local entrepreneurship centers worldwide over the next five years. Each center serves as a dynamic hub where professionals and businesses connect, collaborate, and create profitable growth deals together.

The entrepreneurship centers consist of entrepreneurs, investors, startups, freelancers, innovators, non-profits, public sector organizations, creatives and enterprises.

At the heart of our global network is an AI-powered dealmaking platform that supports members in identifying and securing high-value business deals—locally and across borders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

For the growth of Global Centers for Entrepreneurship we are looking for multiple Co-Founders around the world that want to build their own local entrepreneurship center with support and investment from us.

In this role you will be responsible for achieving a part of the overal vision, mission and targets of your entrepreneurship center together with others. During the selection process we will make a plan for your role in co-creation where we focus on your strengths, knowledge, experience and network.

Below you can find an overview of some of the important tasks that can be done.

TASKS CAN INCLUDE

• Spreading the word about the entrepreneurship center

• Create partnerships in the startup ecosystem

• Networking with entrepreneurs and organizations

• Sales, marketing and business development activities

• Manage a part of the operations

• Sourcing projects and deals for the AI dealmaking tool

• Build & manage a network of Referral Partners that bring in deals

• Executing go-to-market activities

• Develop & launch new services

• Support with achieving the overal vision, mission and targets

• Startup relations

• Investors relations

REQUIREMENTS

• Good English communication skills

• Capable of getting things done

• Sales, marketing, partnerships or business development experience

• Winner mentality

• Capable of working independently

• Experience with remote working

• Min. 16 hours per week available

COMPENSATION

• Bonuses up to €128.000,- for reaching personal milestones

• 5% to 20% revenue sharing capped at €820.000,- per year.

• Up to €5.000,- commission for deals of your Referral Partner team.

• Option to do a buy-in / investment for a larger profit sharing payout and other

financial benefits capped at €1.820.000,- per year.
